Bio
Mrs. Williams is a native of Warner Robins and has been in education over 20 years. She most recently served as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at David Perdue Primary. Before becoming an administrator, she was a second grade support teacher for math and reading at Bonaire Primary School. She has worked with elementary students and families at each grade level as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, or interventionist. Ketura was a third grade teacher at Bonaire Elementary School in 1999 and was voted the 2003-2004 Teacher of the Year at Bonaire Elementary. In 2010, while serving as a K-5 math instructional coach, she was voted Teacher of the Year at Bay Haven School in Panama City, Florida.
Mrs. Williams graduated from Georgia College and State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida, and she has a reading endorsement. Recently, she earned a Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from Georgia Southwestern University.
She has been married to her husband, Craig, for 18 years. In 2018, Craig retired from the Air Force after serving 29 years. They enjoy time with family, reading, traveling, and watching their favorite Georgia teams play ball.
