Mrs. Regina Spencer is a proud native of Warner Robins, Georgia, and a product of the Houston County School District. Having grown up in the community she now serves, she considers it both an honor and a privilege to educate, support, and inspire the students of Houston County.

A graduate of Northside High School, Mrs. Spencer continued her educational journey at Alabama State University, Fort Valley State University, and Thomas University. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to making a positive impact on the lives of all students by fostering meaningful relationships and creating a supportive learning environment.

Mrs. Spencer believes that education extends beyond academics. She is passionate about teaching students the value of perseverance, resilience, and personal growth. She encourages students to understand that mistakes are a natural part of learning and that challenges can be overcome through determination and hard work.

In July 2026, Mrs. Spencer became an Assistant Principal of Discipline, further expanding her impact on students, families, and staff. In this leadership role, she is dedicated to fostering a positive school culture, supporting student success, and helping every child reach their full potential.

Her commitment to student achievement, character development, and service to her community continues to guide her work as an educator and leader.
