Mrs. Jessica Teemer joined the Pearl Stephens Elementary School's Administration Team in 2023, serving as the Assistant Principal of Instruction.  Prior to administration, she served as an Instructional Coach for 5 years. Before that, she taught for 6 years. She has served at Pearl Stephens her entire career. She received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood from Valdosta State University.  She also has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Tier I Leadership Certification.

Mrs. Teemer is happily married to her husband, James.  They love spending time with their labradoodle, Peanut.  She loves watching and performing in theatre productions, singing, and spending time with her family.

She believes that all students can learn at high levels and is excited about serving the Pearl Stephens community in her role.
