Dr. Caroline Randall has taught at Pearl Stephens Elementary since 2007. She has served as a 5th grade teacher, instructional coach and currently serves as an early intervention teacher in math and reading. She is the Gifted Co-Lead and PBIS Co-Coach. Before coming to Pearl Stephens, Dr. Randall taught 2nd grade for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DODDS) and 7th and 8th grade ELA and history. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, an M.A. in Early Childhood Education, an Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. In her spare time, Dr. Randall enjoys spending time with her family (including her four children, two dogs, two cats and one crazy bird, writing books, and doing martial arts. Dr. Randall currently has a 2nd degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do.
