Mrs. Bentley attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Fort Valley State University. She has taught in Houston County since 2002 and before then, she taught 2nd and 5th grades at Crosswell Drive Elementary in Sumter, South Carolina. Mrs. Bentley is At Risk, Reading and Gifted Endorsed. She has been a Beta Club sponsor for 15 years. In her spare time, Mrs. Bentley enjoys listening to audiobooks and watching Hallmark movies.
